1. About BungleVR
BungleVR is an online VR game operated by Nullbin Games. These terms apply to the game and its related account services. By selecting Accept & Continue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, select Decline & Quit. BungleVR is independently developed and is not affiliated with Another Axiom or Gorilla Tag.
2. Your account and access
Use your own eligible Meta account and follow the platform terms and parental controls that apply to you. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement in your country, have your parent or legal guardian review and agree with you. The current game requires a supported standalone Meta Quest, an internet connection and successful account and installation checks. Editor and PCVR clients cannot join production servers. Do not share login proofs or attempt to access someone else's account.
3. Play fairly and respect others
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or sexually exploit anyone. Do not share private personal information, impersonate staff, cheat, modify the game to bypass security, disrupt servers, or exploit currency and purchase systems. Report problems through the lobby report controls or contact support. Player names, movement and cosmetics are visible to others; voice can be heard by nearby players when enabled.
4. Moderation
We may remove a player from a room or restrict account access for abuse, cheating or security violations. Automated checks can also deny a connection. Authorized staff have moderation tools. You can request a review by emailing support with your player identifier and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or authentication tokens.
5. Bungle Money and items
Bungle Money and cosmetics are virtual game items, not real money, and cannot be redeemed for cash through BungleVR. Item prices appear in the shop. A free item does not require a payment. Where currency purchases are enabled, Meta checkout shows the real price and handles payment. Purchase availability depends on the configured Meta products. Refunds are handled under the applicable Meta purchase policies and your legal rights; these terms do not remove those rights. Contact support if a verified purchase has not been credited.
6. Privacy and optional services
Our Privacy Policy explains the account, gameplay, connection, purchase and moderation data used to operate BungleVR. Acknowledging that policy is separate from granting microphone permission. Voice is optional and uses your microphone permission and voice settings. Joining our Discord is optional, opens an external service and is subject to Discord's own terms, privacy policy and minimum age requirements.
7. VR safety and service changes
BungleVR contains horror, monsters, fictional violence and sudden scares. Keep your play area clear, use headset safety boundaries and stop playing if you feel unwell. Online features may be unavailable during maintenance or an outage. Builds, maps, balancing and features may change during development. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

We will publish updated terms with a new version and effective date when they change. The game requires acknowledgement of the current published terms and privacy versions before signing in. Nullbin Games operates BungleVR; Meta, PlayFab, Photon and Discord operate their own services.
